That the fence, at the west side of the new works yard and firehall site, be relocated ah : We along the west edge of the water course at a cost of $3,076.61 ty 3, That the monies for these projects be taken from the Parks and Recreation Department capital budget. The members of PoCo Minor Baseball have been concerned with the open water course, to the the east of the park, for several years. Balls are continuously lost in the water Due to the Perrin construction of the works yard and the firehall we have an opportunity to correct the a situation. The cost to extend the culvert is estimated at $3,650.00. As well the Parks and Recreation Committee is recommending that the fence by the works yard be relocated, to the west side of the water course, at a cost of $3,076.61. The total cost for both projects would be $6,726.61 and would be taken from the capital budget of the Parks and Recreation budget. The capital budget for the department is $110,000 and we have already expended $58,950.00. With the addition of $6,726.61 this 1 Oita
