Dewar Pacific's quote was unqualified and had the
required bid security. ,
It should be noted that the first three bids excluded hoarding
and making gnod at removed flooring areas. All three had. :
called before submitting bids aid -sdvised that they-weeld not
bid the project if these items of work had to be included. —
There was insufficient time to igsue an addendum so we |
instructed them to bid anyways and note the, exclusions which
they did. All bidders, including Dewar Pacific, were verbally.
informed that this qualification would not juwalidate their
