Carried. From the City Planner, September 8th, 1993 regarding Development Permit Application No. 52 for 1690 Coast Meridian. Moved by Councillor Wright: Seconded by Councillor Gordon: That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit Application No. 52/93 for 1690 Coast Meridian Road under Section 976 of the Municipal Act subject to registration of a "No Build" Covenant over the proposed two lots. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above. Carried. From the City Planner, September 8th, 1993 regarding Rezoning Application No. 73/93 and Development Permit Application No. 74/93 for 2532 and 2544 Pitt River Road. That Rezoning Application No. 73/93 and Development Permit Application No. 74/93 for 2532 and 2544 Pitt River Road be approved for amendment to the OCP from Residential to Apartment and for rezoning from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; c) Submission of Landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department, d) Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; e) Satisfaction of the Fire Department concerns; f) Issuance of a Development Permit; and The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges;
