Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Secended by Alderman Wright: It is recommended that the “Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243" Division 4 - Application Fee, Subsection 12 be amended to read as follows: Every application made to the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam requesting the issuance of a Development Permit or a Development Variance Permit or an amendment to a Development Permit or an amendment to a Development Variance Permit shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of $400.00 for processing the application and a +300.00 fee for document preparation. The latter $300.00 fee shall be refunded whea the application is rejected and the document need not be prepared. Carried. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Wright: It is recommended that the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651," Part VIII - "Residential Zones" be amended as follows: Section 801 "Large Lot Residential” (RS-1), Subsection 4 "Front Yard", and Section 802 "Small Lot Residencial” (RS-2) Subsection 4 “Front Yard" be amended to read as follows: "The front yard of any principal building shall not be less than 7.5 meters (24.5 feet) except that: this front yard may be reduced to not less than 6 meters (19.7 feet) for one portion of the principal building, not exceeding : width, nor one storey of 5 meters or less in height. meters in Carried.
