Ronald Arthur Freeman shall be the Returning Officer. 2s Nominations will be held at the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.c. at the time specified by the Stetute; namely, 16:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Monday, October 3ist, 1988. 3. In case a poll is required the same will be held during the time specified by Statute; namely, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm. on Saturday , November 19th, 1988; at the following places: a. St. Catherine's Anglican Church Hall, 2251 McAllister Avenue; Viscount Alexander Elementary School, 3250 Flint Street; Mary Hill Elementary School, 1890 Humber Crescent; Cedar Drive Elementary School , 3140 Cedar Drive; Westwood Elementary School, 3610 Hastings Street; Kilmer Elementary School, 1575 Knappen Street; Birchland Elementary School, 1331. Terry Fox Secondary School, 3550 Wellington Street; 4, In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then a mobile poll shall be established at the places and during the times specified by the “Mobile Poll Establishment Bylaw, 1975, No. 1396"; namely, at some convenient lecation at the Senior Citizen's housing facility known as "Dogwood Manor” located at 3155 Seymour Street, form 8:00 a.m. yntil 12:00 noon and at some convenient location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, form 1:00 p-m-m until 5:00 pem., on November 19th, 1988. 56 In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then an advance poll will be held at the place and duriag the time specified by the "Advance Poil Bylaw, 1969, No. 956"; namely, at the Port Coquitlam Branch of the Fraser Valley Regional Library, 2470 Mary Hill Road, from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9th, 1988; and from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 pm. on Saturuay, November 12th, 1988; and from 8:30 am. to 4:30 pm. on Monday to Friday, inclusive, November 14th to 18th, 1988. 6.
