Freeman, City Clerk City of Port Coquitlam #214, 2591 Shaughnessy Street Port Coquitlam B.C, Dear Sir, I hereby request this written Submission be included with the agenda for the public hearing, Monday, June 27, respecting matters concerning the proposed community plan ammendment bylaw #2369, In so much as the "Official Community Plan Ammendment Bylaw #13, 1988, #2369" and schedule 1 thereof, will create THE SOUTH MARY HILz, APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREA, and in 30 much as the Stated objectives of the bylaw ammendment include the provision for form and character of multi-family development in the designated area, it is hereby respectfully requested that the Council for the City of Port Coquitlam, it's planning committee and the official community Pianner, take under advisement for their consideration the recommend- ations contained herein. Such recommendations duly noted with an asterisk and underlining on the drawing attached hereto. 1. That provision be made within the proposed Bylaw ammendment to have a fixed number of townhouse units declared by the developer for that area designated RM-3 (multi family) on the attached drawing.
