RECOMMENDATION:

That council authorize the clerk and mayor to endorse the
agreement to allow Mr. Joseph E. Obyn to build a new single ©
family dwelling while living in his existing single family -
dwelling. Upon receiving occupancy the older dwelling will be:
removed. or a re

BACKGROUND AND: COMMENTS:

_ Mre Joseph E. Obyn the owner of the property described. as.
Lot 36, Section f, Block 6, North Range 1, East Plan 27244, New
Westminster District, civic address 930 Dominion Ave. requested
that the City allow him to live in his existing buiiding until-.
the new dwelling passes occupancy inspection. Mr. Obyn has -
signed the City's agreement to remove the older dwelling and
paid the respected fees. . nn
