Recommendation: »

That. the Port Coquitlam Amateur Athletic Association be permitted
to use the Wilson Centre and the Mabbett Room free of charge for
their Queen's Tea and the Queen's Ball respectively.

P.C.A.A.A. has, in the past, sponsored the All Sports Carnival
but, during the past couple of years, have not sponsored it.
However, they have chosen to-sponsor the event again and have
requested that they be permitted to utilize the Wilson Centre and
the Mabbett Room free of charge for the AllL Sports Queen's Tea

and Queen's Ball. Attached is a letter from P.C.A.A.A. outlining
their request.
