WHEREAS the Grantor is the registered owner of

AND WHERZAS this Statutory Right-of-Way is necessary
for the oparation and maintenance of the City's undertaking;

. AND WHEREAS Section 18(6) of the Property Law Act
R.S.8.C. 1979,.¢. 474provides that a municipality may grant a

statutory right-of-way to itself;

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, the sum

acknowladged , by the Grantor and other good and valuable
consideration THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
