Sir,

I have been doing a bit of research on the incomvlete
Wary Hill By-Pase. Your information officer, Mr. D.W. Shevherd,
informs me that the vroject is still several veare from
completion. This is after anvroximately 310,000,000 has been
spent on the overnass at Colony Farm and the Road work widening
tie railway underrass on Kingsway Ave. in Port Cocuitlam.

The mone w and time thet have been spent on the Colony
Farm overvass should have been svent on the bridge over the
Coruitilam River tnd the remainder of the hy-peass. It seem
incredible to me that my money nas been used to build only
those vortions of 4a vublic vnroject that benefit Canadian

Pacific/Marathon Realty.

The west end serves onlv Marathon Realty vroperty and the
east end CP Transport's new freight facility. Mr. George
Muss@llem told me by televhone he wae sure that there was some
cost sharing on this project. Please provide me with these

figures.

A Port Cocuitlam Alderman as also told me by phone that
enother overvass will be needed at the west end of the project
to snan CP Rail tracks on Marathon Proverty.
