Dear Mayor Traboulay and Alderman:

The Downtown Revitalization Committee are requesting City
Council's assistance in passing a Local Improvement Bylaw in
the sum of $10,000. We are requesting that this bylaw be
passed to permit the Committee to retain consultant services to

refine the Downtown Revitalization Report.

Assessment for this local improvement is to be based on
land and is to include properties within the boundaries shown

on the attached map.
