NEW BUSINESS: Alderman Mabbett inquired concerning actions be taken by the City concerning trucks parking in the agricultural land reserve area and Alderman Keryluk advised that a discussion on this. subject would be occurring next week in Conmittee. Alderman Muidoon advised that she had recently attend a meeting of the Simon Fraser Union Board of Health. alderman Traboulay advised that the area surrounding the newspaper depot boxes used by the Columbian had become very messy and he stated his hope that th: xeporter for the Columbian present at this evening's meeting would transmit that to. the newspaper's management. Alderman Wright inquired concerning the efforts of the Public Works Committee to fird an alternative yarbage dumping site and Alderman Traboulay advised that this had not yet been done but that the subject was still under consideration. His Worship the Mayor referred to the necessity for Council to consider this year's budget and he proposed that the Council commence such meetings at an early date and Alderman Traboulay suggested that this could perhaps be preceded by meetings of the Finance Committee.
