Peters, City Engineer Re: Construction of All-Weather Field Reference is made to the Council meeting of July 30, 1979, whereby Council requested the Leisure Activities Committee to provide construction costs for an all-weather field somewhere within the City. After discussion with the Recreation Director, it was decided that a sports complex was desirable at Reeve and Wilson and there was considerable property available there, all of which is City-owned. In this regard, the City of New Westminster, the City of Port Alberni, and the Corporation of Delta were most helpful.
