Parks and Recreation recommendations to Council:

ITEM I
Upgrading of softball/baseball diamonds at the following schools:
1. Viscount Elementary School
2. James Park Elementary School
3. Cedar Drive Elementary School
4. Port Coquitlam Secondary School

The estimated cost to get the base pads fixed and the holes filled .
in is $650.00.

Recommendation:

That the City be authorized to preceed with negotiations with School
District #43 for the sum of $650.00 to upgrade the above mentioned fields.

Kinsmen Bavarian Garden for July ist Sports Carnival.

Recommendation:

That the Kinsmen be permitted to hold a Bavarian Garden for the July Ist

Sports Carnival, similar to the one held last year.
