That the resolution of this Council passed on September 21st,
1970 wherein submission of a Petition to the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council of the Province eof British Columbia with reference to the

"Flint-Manning District Lot 464 Road Closure By-law, 1971, No. 1016"

be and the same is hereby rescinded.
