The Department of Consumer Services
is responsible for administering the Act. Our aim
is to stop misleading and deceptive practices
quickly and help consumers recover their losses.

Service Centres, staffed by counsellors,
researchers and investigators will be opened at
several locations in the province. Watch your
local newspaper for openings in Victoria,
Vancouver, Kamloops and Prince George.
