Following the Liquor Licence Application considered for 2253 Wilson Avenue, the following
_. provision of the "Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243" applies:

"20. Following a Public Hearing, the Council shall:

(a) adopt a resolution stating whether or not Council considers that the res:cents
are in favour of granting the licence; |

(b) instruct that further infomation be obtained; or |

(c) advise the applicant that unless a referendum is completed and the results _
considered by Council within 60 days, Council deems that the residents are not
in favour of granting the licence." |

. . This action may be taken now or at a subsequent Council meeting if Council wish to further
consider any representations made at the hearing. |
