That Council authorize the City Clerk to prepare an amendment to the City Traffic Control
Bylaw No. 1117 to include parking restrictions at 2275 Leigh Square as shown. on the Plan
attached to Council Agenda, dated August 17, 1994.

From the City Engineer, August 17, 1994 regarding Proposed School/Pedestrian Crosswalk -
Citadel/Gateway.

Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That Council approve the installation of a pedestrian crosswalk across Citadel Drive at Gateway
Place.

That Council direct the City Clerk to amend the City Traffic Control Bylaw No. 1117 to include
a pedestrian crosswalk on Citadel Drive at Gateway Place.

That Council approve the installation of a standard school crosswalk with the appropriate back
to back signage on the north side of Citadel Drive across Pitt River Road at a cost of $700.00.

Reconstruction Project.

That Council award the contract for road reconstruction and watermain replacement on Coast
Meridian Road from Westminster to Prairie Avenue to W.R. Clemas Construction based on the
tendered price of $562,820.00 (including GST).

That Council allocate $235,821.58 from the 1994 Public Works Capital Fund, $80,000.00 from
the 1994 Water Utility Capital Fund and $326,998.42 from the Roads DCC Fund for this project.
