10.1. for a required permit inapection requested to be done after hours during which the offices of the City Hall are normally open, an ingpection charge shall be payable based on the time actually spent in making such inapection, including travelling time, of $80.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $280.00 (plus G.§.T.). 10.2. An inspection charge of $50.00 (plus G.S.T.) shall be payable in advence for a voluntary inspection for the establishment of the fitness of existing plumbing. 10.3. Other voluntary inspection requested by the applicant that may be done by a Building Inspector; an inapaction charge of $50.00 (plus G.S.T.) is payable in advance of the inapection. Where professional design and field review are required, the building permit fee shall be reduced by 2.5%, multiplied by that proportion of the value of the work which i# subject to professional design. When a building permit is outstanding with respect to a parcel of land and the registered ownership of tha Land ie transferred, the new owner may obtain a revised building permit daaued in the name of that owner, upon peyment of a transfer fee of $50.00 to the Building Inepector. A reviaed building permit isaued under Section 12.1 ehall be deemed to have been iasued on the date of the original issuance of the permit and to take effect from that date. Section 12.1 does not apply when the building plans or the conditions of igauance for a building pexmit are proposed to be changed.
