Mabbett, 2139 Tyner Street, presenting his concerns regarding traffic and parking Surrounding this proposed project and other apartment buildings in the Mr. J.S. Christopher, 1761 Langan Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. addressed Council and presented a letter detailing his concerns with traffic in the Sing of the Coquitlam River. No one elez was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning, Bylaw No. 2449 — General Purpose of the Bylaw: To remove the designation of "Residential 2" shown on Schedule "B" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to: That part of Lot "A", District Lots 174 and 289, Group One, Plan 5917, New Westminster District, included within the heavy outline and identified "To Be Designated ‘Apartment 1'" on the plan attached to the Bylaw as "Schedule A”, and having an area of 1,459 ha, plus or mirius, and to apply the designation "Apartment 1”, and Bylaw No. 2450 ~ to rezone: That part of Lot "A", District Lots 174 and 289, Group One, Plan 5917, New Westminster District, included within the heavy outline and identified "To Be Zoned RM-3" on the plan attached to the Bylaw as "Schedule A" and having an area of 1.459 ha, plus or minus, from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM~3 (Townhouse Residential)
