Moved by Aiderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of May 18th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be approved varying the requirements of the Sign Bylaw No. 2095, Schedule 'D', Sign Size Regulations for Lot D of Block P, D.L. 379 and 464, Grp. 1, NWLD Plan 17666. Carried. From the City Clerk, June 13th, 1988 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 34/88 for Jervis and Shaftsbury.
