City of Port Coquitlam to dispose of portions of dedicated road in exchange
for portions of land to be dedicated as road.

No one was present to speak regarding the Development Variance Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of May 18th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved varying the requirements of the Sign Bylaw No. 2095, Schedule 'D',
Sign Size Regulations for Lot D of Block P, D.L. 379 and 464, Grp. 1, NWLD
Plan 17666.

Mrs. Satke, 3314 Jervis Street asked for the Development Variance
Permit to be further explained. The Director of Community Planning provided
and explanation of the proposed variance.
