A regular meeting of the Municipa! Counci|] of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counci! Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, September 14th, 1987, at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, WoW. Stewart and M.R. Wright i

attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.
Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, City Treasurer, J.G. Maitland,
Director of Community Planning W. Brown, and Parks and Recreation
Director K.J. Taylor.

That the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on August 24th,
1987 and the minutes from the Special Council Meeting of September 2nd,
1987, be taken as read and adopted.

DELEGATION:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Catherine Bowen - Port
Coquitlam 75th Anniversary Committee who extended an invitation to the
Public to attend the '1913 Fashion Workshop! to be held September 27th,
1987. Also the Second Public Meeting which will be held Wecnesday,
October 7th, 1987, 7:30 at the Terry Fox Library
