WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

That portion of road in District Lot 340, Group One, New
Westminster District, shown as "Road Being Closed" on the plan
attached to and forming part of the "Saskatchewan Avenu> Road
Exchange Bytaw, 1986, No. 2187" that is shown included within Lot
2 of a Subdivision Plan of Parts of District Lots 232 and 340,
Group One, New Westminster District Prepared by D.J. Dyck,
B.C.L.S., under File No. 86-754-5 and dated June 9th, 1986 be sold
to 305340 B.C. Ltd., at or for the price or sum of $4,874.00;

The adjustment date be July 3ist, 1986, or earlier;

The possession date be July 31st, 1986, or earlier;

That the subdivision plan of parts of District Lots 232 and 340,
Group One, New Westminster District prepared by D.J. Dyck, 8.C.L.S.

under File No. 86=754-5 and dated June 9th, 1986 be and the same is
hereby approved;
