Re: Renovations to the Justice Building:
R.C.M.P. . -

In reference to the Engineer's report dated 1982 11 23
and to ensure participation by the City of Port Coquitlam in
sharing of the costs, the following recommendation is tendered:

RECOMMENDATION

Subject to concurrence by the Council of the City of
Port Coquitlam and agreement by the City to share in
the cost in accordance with the formula set out in
Agreement dated the 10th day of January, 1977, that
Council approve the sum of $19,000.00 for renovations
to the Justice Building to provide the following:

conversion of courtroom to control registry;

file cart ramp in central registry;

flourescent lighting in central registry;

circuit and panel modifications;

telephone jacks and switchboard modifications
security drapery across glass foyer wall;
carpeting in open office (foyer); and

install shower stall in female officers ' washroom.
