With respect to details of the utilities servicing and road work for this
rezoning application, it is this report's information the Engineering
Department has made arrangement for the two developments to Proceed as a

joint undertaking.

In conelusion, approval of this application for rezoning to an M-2 Industrial

District is recommended as it meets City Council's concerns about
Production oriented industry and conforms to the Pianning Department's

development scheme for Coast Meridian Road,
