The Municipal Counetl of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Naaring in the Council. Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenuc, Port Coquitlam, B.C.- on
Monday, August 25th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed
by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No.
1651". |

By-law No. 1773: to rezone the casterly portion of

Block 3 of District Lot 380, Group 1, Plan 1106 Except:
Firstly: Parcel "A" (Explanatory Plan 15666)
Secondly: Part Subdivided by Plan 31302 and

Thirdly: Part Subdivided by Plan 32530

New Westminster District from A-1 to RS~-1.

This property is located at 2402 Glenwood Avenue (east of

Morrill Street and west of the Coquitlam River) and it is

expected that nine single family residential lots will be

created following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office
‘of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from
August 1l4th.to August 25th, 1980.

All persons who deem their interese in property affected by

the proposed By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contzined in the By-law.
