suggesting Council consideration that approval be granted for a temporary re sign for

Theo's Cabaret
sign for a period of up to three months maximum to be located on the
Bank of Commerce property to advertise Theo's Cabaret.

That as suggested by the Building and Protection Committee, November
25th, 1977 approval be granted for a temporary sign to advertise Theo's
Cabaret for a period of up to three months maximum to be located on the
Bank of Commerce property at the Northeast corner of Shaughnes*y Street

and McAllister Avenue.

That as recommended by the Building and Protection Committee November
25th, 1977 Council acceptance of the Bid of Eastgate Toyota for a
Toyota Pick-up for the Fire Prevention Officer, in the amount of $3,413.30,

be approved;

AND THAT as recommended by the Building and Protection Committee

November 25th, 1977 Council acceptance of the Bid from Metro Motors for

a Ford Fairmont for use by the Deputy Fire Chief, in the amount of
$5,048.26, be approved.
Carried.
Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Traboulay
commented that endeavours should be made to purchase smaller compact
vehicles wherever possible.
