A By-law to amend By~law No. 781 of the City cited as the "City
of Port Coquitlam Pool Room Regulation By-law, 1965".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Section 6 of By-law No. 781 of the City cited as the “City of Port

Coquitlam Pool Room Regulations By-law, 1965" is repealed and the Eollowing

substituted therefor:

On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all

Pool Rooms in the City of Port Coquitlam shall close at

11 o'clock in the afternoon and shall remain closed until
8 o'clock of the following morning.

On Saturday all Pool Rooms in the City of Port Coquitiam
shall close at 11 o'clock in the afternoon and shall remain
closed until 11 o'clock of the following morning.

Qn Sunday all Pool Rooms in the City of Port Coquitlam

shall close at 10 o'clock in the afternoon and shall remain
closed until 8 o'clock of the following morning.

The provisions of this section are subject to any applicable
provisions of the Lord's Da¥ Act, the Sunday Observance Act,

Section 210A oF the Municipal Act, and the "Sunday Sports and

Entertainment By-law, 1969, No. 961".

During the hours and times in which Pool Rooms must be closed

no game of Pool shall be played in any room and all window blirds,
curtains, and shutters therein shall be kept open, so that an
uninterupted view of the interior of such Pooi Room may be had.

2. This By-law may be cited for ail purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlan

Pool Room Regulation By-law, 1965, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1479".
