RE: Zoning By-law Amendment - Minimum Building Size in Industrial (M) Zones

Reference is made to Minutes of August 12, 1974 Council Meeting on the above
subject which Council referred to the Planning and Zoning and Industrial

Development Committees for a joint recommendation.

This matter was considered in a joint meeting of the two Committees on August
14th, 1974 and the recommendation is that 1500 sq. feet as previously proposed
by the Planning and Zoning Committee be adopted as the minimum gross floor
area of a principal building in all M Zones.
