in open meeting assembied, enacts an follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquithom, being
Schedule “Av of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, Na. 918" {ts amended
by removing the Zone Designation of RS-2 (One-Fanily Suburban Residentin!) assigned
to:
(a) The South 128' of Parcel A (Explanatory Plan 12513) of Lot 4, Sorth-
east Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 7975, ww Westminster
District
The South 128° of Parce) B (Explanatory Plan 16785) of Lot 4, North-
east Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 7975, New Westminster
District
The South 128' of that part of Lot 4, North-east Quarter of Section 6,
Township 40, Plan 7975, New Westminster District of which Markan

Enterprises Ltd. is the Registered Owner pursuant to Certificate of

Indefeasible Title No. J&88761E

and assigning the Zone Designatica of RS-L (One-Family Residential) to the said

property.
