4. ; The land, including the surface of water, and any
and all buildings, structures and improvements erected thereon,
thereover or therein shall be used for the purpose specified in

Schedule "B" hereto and for no other purpose.

5. No building, structure or improvement shall be
sited upon the land except in compliance with the site plan

and particulars set out in Schedule “c" and "p" hereto.

6. No sign shall be erected upon the land or on any

building or structure thereon except those shown on the

drawing and set out in the particulars in Schedule "F" hereto.

7s Off-street parking and loading spaces shall be
provided, located and constructed in accordance with the

particulars set out in Schedule "EZ" hereto.

8. All on-site work and utilities, including water,
sewer, gas, telephone and electricity shall be Placed, pro-
vided and constructed in compliance with and according to
the plans, sections and particulars approved by the Engineer
and the Building Inspector.

3. No land shall ba subdivided except in compliance with
and according to the plans and particulars set out in Schedule

"G" hereto.

10. The said Schedules “A" to "G" herainbofore referred
to are hereby incorporated into and mada part. of this contract.

11. (a) The Developer agrees to pay all arrears
of taxes cutstanding against the iand
bafore the formal approval of the said
schema of use and development upon the land.
The Developar further undertakes to pay all
current taxes levied or to be levied on the
land on the basis and in accordance with
the assasement and collector's roll entries.
The Developsr agrees to pay to the Municipal-
ity all inspection fees, administration feos,
