THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY--LAW NO. 1312

A By-law to amend the ‘Temporary Loan By-law, 1974, No. 1302",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Section 1 of the "Temporary Loan By-law, 1974, Ho. 1302" is amended

by striking out the words and figures "nine and one-half percentum (913%) per

annum" where the same appears at the end of the said Section 1 and inserting
the following: "thirteen percentum (13%) per annum".
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the ''Temporary Loan

By-law, 1974, No, 1302, Amendment By-law, 1974, No. 1312",
