Appointment of Consulting Planner:

Further to my report to Council in Committee regarding the appoint-

ment of a Consulting Planner, after interview by Mr. Borch and myself it is

our recommendation that Mr. Norman Pearson be engaged as the Consulting

Pianner. for the City.
Council have had the opportunity of meeting Mr. Pearson and if they
are in agreement with this recommendation, a resolution should be passed con-

firming the appointment. _ ;
