SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 71/89
for 3450 Coast‘ Meridian Road.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his

memorandum of November 29th, 1989 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be

issued to permit the relaxation of rear yard setback from 7.5 metres (24.6
feet) to 6 metres (20 feet) and the sideyard setback from 7.5 metres (24.6

feet) to 5.5 meters to 5 meters (18 feet) to Lot 3 of Section 6 in twp 40
NWLD, Plan 11944.

a Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
oe December 4th, 1989 the owners and residents of property surrounding the

. subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of December 18th,
wo 1989, Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
