. Should your council feel that a teen disco is
stili required, I would be prepared to operate one in
another location. In particular, I have in mind an old
bank building at ARGST/ SHALGCHIVESSY
which consists of approximately 2500 square feet. If
your City is prepared to pay the cost of renovations to
this building, I would be prepared to operate it under
a contract. I have previously operated a teen disco
for the Maple Ridge Parks and Recreations department.
Should you be interested in references, I would be pleased
to furnish you with same.

I have spoken to the Liquor inspector for this
area and he has advised me to seek the City's approval
to a licensed premises prior to making any formal
application for a Liquor License.
