RECOMMENDATION s That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from A~1 (Agricultural) and RS-Z (Small Lot Residential) to P-1 (Public Institutional) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act. BACKGROUND : This application is to rezone 4 sites within the Citadei Heights and Westview area in South Port Coquitlam from either A-1 (Agricultural) or RS=-2 (Small Lot Residential) to P-1 (Public Institutional). The 4 subject sites are: 1. A 2.053 hectare site located West of Confederation Drive, East of Eastern Drive, North of Klassen Court (known ae Skylina Park). 2. A 3.35 hectare site immediately North of Hazel Trembath Elementary School and East of Confederation Drive (known as Parkeite #3). 3. A0O.98 hectare site located along Confederation Drive, immediately West of the Hazel Trembsth Wlementary School aite (known ag Parksite #5). 4.
