The proposed bylaw is a result of the lengthy process we have gone through in developing our Capital Improvement Program. Input into the program came from many different sources including the following major reports: ° Parks, Recreation and Cultural Master Plan by PERC « North East Sector Development Strategy prepared by Urban Systems Ltd. * Wilson Connector Study by Deican as well as other internal studies and reports. Extensive public input was received in development of the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Master Plan.
