BYLAW NO. 2794 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987. No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacis as follows: Section 403 of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended by numbering the present clause as clause (a). Section 403 cf the Bylaw is further amended by adding the following Clause (b) after Clause(a): "“(b) The Chief Bylaw Enforcement Officer, the Chief Building Inspector and their deputies may give notice to the owner of property that any unauthorized use of that prop ‘y shall ‘e terminated within 21 days from receipt of the notice, and may al: dire at a: unauthorized building or improvements be removed or correcte witht. ne sar. time period”. Section 509 of the the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, is amended by numbering the present Clause as Clause (a). Section 509 of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, is further amended by adding the following Clause (b) after Clause (a): . “(b) When a residential building has been divided into strata lots, each strata lot in the building shail be used for only one dwelling unit."
