BYLAW NO. 2550 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Section 1001(2)(b)(1) of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is repealed and the following substituted therefor: Peers "C4L) Warehousing and indoor storage" Section 1002(2)(b) of the Bylaw is amended by adding, after clause (v), the following as clause (vi): "(vi) Warehousing and indoor storage" That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot 17 Except: Part subdivided by Plan 37387, District Lot 231, Group One, Plan 11613 New Westminster District; is hereby rezoned from M-]1 (General Industrial) to CD (Comprehensive Development) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. | _ Notwithstanding the permitted uses described under “Part XII. ~ Comprehensive Development Zone", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those Jiated in Schedule "I" which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw. a This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2550". .
