File Number 12/89 RECOMMENDATIONS : ‘HAT the applicant be directed id a neighbourhood information meeting about their project. AND THAT the Clerk's urii.: se directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot A except the portions subdivided off by Plans 9069 and 7612/7, from A~1 to RM--3 e . COMMENTS : This application is to develop 48 townhouses at the west end of Lobb. Due to the large size of the project and its being the first new development west of the older developed area, it is recommended that a neighbourhood information meeting be held. The meeting would be for the applicants' to present their development proposal to the neighbours. It is anticipated there will be questions about PoCo Trail, the new dike and how the building will fit in with the neighbourhood. The townhouse project is to be develoed at a very iow density, equivalent to duplex density. The project is proposed to contain a large amount of open space and to be set back away from the existing single family dwellings to the south and east.
