A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquittam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which fs

more particularly described as:

Lot j
District Lot 232

Group One
Pian 68514
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS=1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-3 (Town House
Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquit!am Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

That certain parcel of fand situated in Port Coquittam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 3
District Lot 232

Group One
Plan 68514
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RM=3 (Town House Apartment)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" js hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for ail purposes as the "Port Caquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2293",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 20th day of July, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 20th day of July, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 10th day of August, 1987.
