RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot 2, Blk Y, D.L. 255, Grp 1, Plan 22343, NWLD from
RS-3, Estate Residential to M-3, Special Industrial.

And that this rezoning be subject to a restrictive covenant
being registered to require the southerly 20 metres be left as
