Hydro & Power Authority be invited to the regular Counci! meeting of May 14th, 1984 to address Counct| regarding the Burrard Thermal Plant and the obnoxious fumes being emitted. Carried. Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Atderman Laking: That the City of Port Coquitlam advise the Greater Vancouver Regional District it is opposed to GVRD representatives Mayor Ross and Mayor Lewarne, travelling to Europe to view incinerator operations; and that copies of the letter be sent to al! municipalities.
