That Mayor L.M. Traboulay attend the 47th Annual! Conference of the
FCM scheduled to be held in Winnipeg, Manitoba from June 3, 1984 to
June 7, 1984,

Atderman Gates referred to the Burrard Thermal Plant and
suggested Inviting Ms. L. Barr of B.C. Hydro to address Council
concerning the Burrard Thermal Plant.

That Ms. L. Barr of B.C. Hydro & Power Authority be invited to
the regular Counci! meeting of May 14th, 1984 to address Counct|
regarding the Burrard Thermal Plant and the obnoxious fumes being

emitted.

Regional District representatives going to Europe to view incinerator

operations.

That the City of Port Coquitlam advise the Greater Vancouver
Regional District it is opposed to GVRD representatives Mayor Ross and
Mayor Lewarne, travelling to Europe to view incinerator operations; and
that copies of the letter be sent to al! municipalities.
