Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Lakina: That city Council endorse the Triple A, Starter Home concept; That HUDAC be informed that the design drawings for the Triple A house prepared by R.E. Hulbert, Architect are in conformance with City's policies, bylaws and procedures. And that furthermore, HUDAC be reminded that the house must comply with the National Building Code and the applicable district regulations of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. AND THAT HUDAC be invited to present their Triple A, Starter. Home concept ta Council and consider building a demonstration home in Port Coquitlam. Carried.
