"That the Agreement dated for reference the 12th day of May, 1981 between
Alex D. Cecil, Vera Cecil, and The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam referring to the removal of an existing dwelling unit at

519 Laurier Avenue be approved;

SUBJECT to the Cecils depositing the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)
Dollars with the City to be refundable upon the removal of the existing
dwelling unit;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the said Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal
thereto."
