May 5th,

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on May 5th, 1980
at 7:30 p.m.
His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk,
E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, LM. Traboulay and MR, Wright in attendance.
Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Offieer Lip. Pollock,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P, Eng., Assistant
City Engineer L. Melnechenko, P. Eng., City Planner L. Lee, Works &
Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse,

discussed by the City's Public Works Committee and a recommendation should be
