Tt attended: my first Water and Sewer ' meeting and the only thing of
importance that I believe was on the agenda was the servicing of the ‘Langleys.

the demand for water and sewer was put aside for a month because the

‘Planning Committee is meeting.with the Langleys ~-.that is, the District and the

AI believe we must. be very careful because these

“Districts ¢ are not in the G.V.R.D. and. we would have no say in the planning of

it and ehey « could build ‘ag many houses as quickly as- possible. They are

‘talking: in ‘terms of 150,900. tow 2003000. people in the next five years.

The plant on Annacis ' Island should. be ain operation by May. -
