‘(e>) Front Yard .,

- A front: yard “shall be provided of nct less than 20

feat in depth, except where a lot is separated from

a lot in an RS-1, RS-2, RM-1, RM-2, RM-3, or BM-4

Zone by a street, such front yard shall be not less

than 30 feet in depth.

Side Yards

A side yard shall be provided of lot less than 10

feet in width, except that: ‘

‘1. a side yard not flanked by a street, lane or an RS-1,
RS-2, RM-1, RM-2, RM-3, or RM-4 Zone may be reduced
to nil, provided that the other side yard has a width
of not less than 20 feet. .
in the case of a corner lot, the side yard adjoining
the flanking etreet shall be not less than 14 feet
in width.
where a lot abuts a lot in an RS-1, RS-2, RM~1, RM-2,
RM~3, or RM-4 Zone, or is separated by a street or
lane therefrom, a side yard shall be provided of net
less than 20 feet in width. . .

Rear Yard

A rear yard shall be provided of not less than 10 feat

in depth, except where a lot abuts a lot in an RS-l,

RS-2, RM-1, BM-2, RM-3, or RM-4 Zone, or is separated

by a lane therefrom, such rear yard shall be not less

than 30 feet ia depth.

Off-Street Parking .
Parking shall be provided and maintained in accordance

with Section 304 of this by-law.

Off-Street Loading

Provisions shall be made on the site for loading and
unloading operationsin accordance with Section 305

of this By-law.

702 M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL

This Zone provides for the accommodation of special types of

industry and heavy industrial activities.
(2) Uses Permitted:
(a) Uses as permitted in the M-l ZONE.
(b) The following commercial and service uses:
‘4. general and heavy construction contcactors.
44. sele and repair of machinery and heavy equipment.
iii. truck terminals.

iv. welding shops.
