Rear Yard A rear yard shall be provided of not less than 10 feat in depth, except where a lot abuts a lot in an RS-l, RS-2, RM-1, BM-2, RM-3, or RM-4 Zone, or is separated by a lane therefrom, such rear yard shall be not less than 30 feet ia depth. Off-Street Parking . Parking shall be provided and maintained in accordance with Section 304 of this by-law. Off-Street Loading Provisions shall be made on the site for loading and unloading operationsin accordance with Section 305 of this By-law. 702 M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL This Zone provides for the accommodation of special types of industry and heavy industrial activities.
