BYLAW NO. 2637

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" FEB j- 1992

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Lot 15

Block 2

District Let 379

Group One

Plan 1213

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to P-1 (Public
Institutional) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. |

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2637".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of January, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council 13th day of January, 1992.

Public Hearing held thia 3rd day of February, 1992.
