That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of
January 18th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Farmit be approved for
1147 Earls Court to relax the requirements of Section 802, RS-2 (Small Lot

Residential, Subsection (4) Front Yards.
